Eligibility Criteria for SIDBI Grade A & B Recruitment 2024

1. Assistant Manager (Grade A) General

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any stream with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) or equivalent qualifications such as CA/CS/CWA/CFA/CMA. LLB graduates with 60% marks are also eligible.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.

2. Manager (Grade B) General

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any stream with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PH) or a Master’s degree with 60% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience.

3. Manager (Grade B) Legal

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH).
  • Experience: 5 years of experience and enrollment as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.

4. Manager (Grade B) IT

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in fields like Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related disciplines with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH).
